Privacy, explained without hiding the data path.

1. Information You Submit
When you use the classifier, you may submit text, category labels and classification configuration. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment card data, health information or unnecessary sensitive information.
2. AI Processing
Text, category labels and related instructions are sent through Vercel AI Gateway to TypeSafe AI / Jev to return a classification. Do not submit content you are not authorized to send to those providers.
3. Analytics and Tracking
JevClassify loads Microsoft Clarity, Plausible, Google Analytics and Ahrefs Analytics after the page becomes interactive. These services may process page views, browser/device information, interaction events, referrer data and identifiers according to their own policies. Classifier text and category inputs are marked for masking in Clarity and are not sent as application analytics events.
4. Product Events
JevClassify also writes aggregate event counters to a Cloudflare KV namespace, including event name, site pathname and selected timing totals. These counters do not contain submitted text, category labels, IP addresses or API credentials and expire after 30 days.
5. Data Retention
The MVP is designed not to intentionally persist raw classification text in its application database after request processing. Cloudflare, Vercel, TypeSafe AI, Microsoft Clarity, Plausible, Google Analytics and Ahrefs may process technical or model-request data under their own policies and configured retention settings.
6. Your Choices
You may choose not to submit text, clear locally stored site data through browser settings, and contact the operator regarding applicable privacy questions.
Eligibility and governing law
The Service is intended for people aged 18 or older. These pages use the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute must be brought in the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
